Once you have booked an apartment, you will receive a booking confirmation, which also contains payment information.

You can, as a last step of the booking process, choose to pay the full amount or a 10% reservation fee. The reservation fee must be paid within 7 days of the booking date, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

The booking fee is not refundable.

The total amount must be paid at least 14 days before arrival.

Regarding reservations for 2 months or longer, the total amount may, on request, be divided and paid per month.

We accept the following credit cards:

  • On-site payments (e.g. for short notice reservations, extra cleaning, etc.):

  • Please note: For security reasons, on-site payments can only be made with chip-and-PIN credit cards.

    Pay your reservation online

    To pay your reservation online, click the button below and enter your reservation number and your last name.

    You can also check your existing reservation status.


    Please note that we need to know your approximate arrival time in advance.

    Check-in between 3 pm and 7 pm.

    Late check-in can be arranged on request made at least 7 days in advance.

    Depending on the apartments availability check-in can sometimes be allowed earlier.

    Check-out before 11 am.

    If you have not booked your reservation through our own online booking, you will be asked to sign Residence Perseus’ standard agreement at check-in, which you can find under “Terms and Conditions”. Read it carefully before you finish your reservation.


    In the event that you should cancel the reservation, in whole or in part, Residence Perseus will apply the penalties detailed here below:

  • Cancellation less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to arrival date 50% (fifty per cent) of the total amount due.

  • Cancellation less than 8 (eight) days prior to arrival date or «no-show» 100% (one hundred per cent) of the total amount due.
  • The prepayment for the reservation of the accommodation cannot be reimbursed nor can it be transferred. This includes “force majeure” circumstances.

    In the event that the client should change their dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it will be subject to the cancellation conditions.

    Reservations cannot be transferred from one accommodation to another.

    Self-Service Cancellation

    You can cancel your reservation up to 15 days before arrival through our self-service, by clicking the button below and enter your reservation number and your last name. Please note that you must contact us by email if you wish to cancel your reservation within 15 days of arrival.
